Maintenance Case of 43 inch 4K HD Outdoor LCD display in Zhuhai

On the morning of July 6th, 2022, Director Chen received a phone call from a customer and needed to go to another city (Zhuhai City, China) for product maintenance.

 The LCD screen appeared as a flower screen, which could not be displayed normally. As the supplier, we have the responsibility to help solve this problem. 

At noon that day, Director Chen rushed to the scene with technicians for troubleshooting, opened the back cover for troubleshooting, and found that the valve at the interface of the LCD panel was closed incorrectly, and the problem of coolant seeping in. 

After the treatment, the interface valve was properly closed according to the instructions, and the screen displayed normally. Later, the customers also expressed their gratitude to us.
